hi umpa can pozole be low carb?
pork meat
homminie
water
salt
and eat it with
radishes and cabbage
and tostadas but i can leave that out

well replace the totilla with a baked slim trim lavash and the hominy I just dont know cauli rice maybe?

Yes.The Hominy could be replaced with black soy beans.and the tortillas with low carb tortillas.The rest is fine.I make my cuban beans with black soy beans and they are wonderful.There is a video on the forum. ;)

I love Spanish and cuban food.When you have a chance could you please post some of your recipes.They can easily be done low sugar and i will help you if you need me!We do cuban food for thanksgiving every year because we live in the Keys.Its mojo pork ,black beans, cauli rice,cornbread, and flan or something sweet! ;)
