I am so ready to make these treats. I even ordered my small muffin pan and Xylitol. When I started getting everything out to make these, I noticed you need mini muffin papers. That is the only item I do not have  :(. Can I just use a spray on the pan or just pour straight into cups? If not I guess I'll go on the hunt for mini liners.

JenCrowther,

These paper liners can be found in the area where cake and muffin mixes are kept in most grocery stores.
Regular cupcake papers will do the trick.

It's never a bad idea to spray some non-stick cooking spray on a baking pan beforehand.
Without it, I've found some of the cheaper paper liners will sometimes stick a little bit especially to a well-worn-in cupcake pan.
What you do today is what matters!

Hey Jennifer, You snuck in here on me.....I bought silicone mini and regular muffin pans......I highly recommend them when you can do it.  The chocolates are yummy, I made some with chopped almonds.  ;D
