Grilled Low Carb Smoked Sausage n' Pepper Pizza!
Ingredients
1 Sami's Bakery Light Lavash bread-

1 cup sliced red bell pepper
1/4 cup thin sliced onion
shredded basil
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup low sugar pasta or pizza sauce
Italian seasoning
salt and pepper
olive oil
Directions
1- Preheat your pizza stone in your grill to 450-500 degrees
2- Spread the sauce thinly across the lavash
3- Spread the cheese across the lavash
4- Next the sausage slices
5- Finally the veggies then top with shredded basil, Italian Seasoning and salt & pepper
6- Brush olive oil on the stone and slide your pizza onto the stone, close the grill and bake for 6 minutes or until the bottom is crispy.
