I hit the motherload...I think
« on: March 11, 2010, 11:27:38 AM »
I went to my local Kroger grocery store today and found some tortillas. It is OLE brand with 5 total carbs and 12 grams of dietary fiber. Does that mean what I think it does?

Nope, the net count is 5 grams, they had already subtracted the fiber. Count each one as 5 grams in your daily count.

You bet, 20 carbs or less per day total, I don't care where they come from.
