I am feeling a little bad myself , I woke up wanting biscuits yesterday morning . I did not have anything to try to make some so I just said oh well ,then went to my sons for lunch and guess what she had BISCUITS ,what can I say I caved and ate one and my grandchild made me a cookie it was 7 carbs the biscuit was 22 carbs ! That was all I did that I shouldnt have ,but boy oh boy did I feel bad . But I didnt eat the rest of the day ,and was back on the horse again !
Jacksprattswife ,thats all we can do is get up ,dust off and get back on . Whats done is done cant go back only forward !!

 Have a Great New Year!

I gave away a lot of my SF baking and have to put the rest in the freezer.  I am finding portion contol very hard with it sitting around.  Even though the recipes are from FTS, those carbs add up.

It's important to keep that in mind. FTS treats ARE treats not a food group.....Beebs :)..... The rule to always keep in mind;

MEATS AND GREENS WILL MAKE YOU LEAN      SUGAR AND CARBS WILL MAKE YOU LARGE

Stick to the basics for meals and keep the treats at a minimum. Freezing individual portions is a great idea, out of site out of mind  ;)
