Keytones

Someone told me today that the only reason a low carb life style shows keytones is because of so much fat in the food that we eat .  The cheese ,heavy cream bla bla bla . Thye also said that if they ate as much fat as we do that even if we ate carbs it would show keytones . I have noticed that if I eat alot of cheese the strips or darker  , but I also know that when I fell off the wagon i stoped showing keytones .Doug what do you say to them ?

Them, they, etc... are usually people who speak without knowledge, they, them hear information halfway and pass it on as fact. Keytones are simply the "ash" from a burned fat cell. They will be present in your urine when the body is using stored fat as fuel, simple as that.

Thanks Doug for explaining that to me . All I know is that I am showing keytones every time I  test except first thing in the morning !!!!!! So I say BURN BABY BURN!!!!
