I was thinkin I could make cream of chicken with heavy cream canned chicken and xantham gum then I could use that in my mums potato casserole recipe and lower the carb count significantly from last time.

Has anyone tried cutting part of a LaTortilla into thin strips and adding it as noodles?  Or cutting it in thin strips and frying it in oil and sprinkling it on the top like the crispy chow mein noodles on top of won ton soup.  I saw this on other recipes with white flour tortillas and thought it may work with the LaTortillas but have not made soup to try it yet.

Don't bother trying this, it is gross.  Just tastes like soggy tortillas.  I didn't try frying them and putting on top like chow mein noodles.  I still might try that.  I didn't have any shiritaki noodles but they would have been way better in my soup.
