I was \craving some nachos in the worse way!
I took a gg bran crisp.....cut a couple chuncks of colby jack stuck in micro for a bout 15 se  till melty...then put meat lett tom s cream on top...  yum!

That sounds good, but you can also bake the low carb tortillas till they become crispy. I cut mine into triangles and we use them with homemade guacamole. YUMMY!

That sounds good, but you can also bake the low carb tortillas till they become crispy. I cut mine into triangles and we use them with homemade guacamole. YUMMY!

Try soaking them in warm water with sea salt for a couple of hours.
Then put them on paper towels for about 15-30 minutes or so to soak up excess water before baking.

They'll taste like those you buy by the bag at the store!... yummy!  :)

Samis bakery slim trim lavash is the way to go for nachos. They get super crispy and golden brown in the oven. I toast then break em up and dip them in cheese sause. Yum.
