WHAT'CHA EATING?

So many of us love new ideas or some old with a new swing to them...Others are so confused or just plain tired of eating the same thing...Stop here every now and then again to share What Your Eating..For breakfast, lunch or dinner when you can..Its not for recipes there is a forum for them and you can let everyone know you have posted the recipe there..Just a thread to give an idea or two of how and what were eating to stay on course...Ohhhh snacks can go here too...Hope to get some new ideas from you all soon...

My Breakfast was 2 egg whites with 3 pieces of turkey bacon...I added fresh salsa to my omelet, cheese and topped with sour cream..1 GG crispbran with almond butter...YUM! ;D

I had black soybeans and cornbread for dinner last night. It was so good and I ate WAY to much. Arghh. That's what happens when you have a craving you cant curb lol.

I had a piece of Izzet's Flax Foccocia Bread with 1 tblsp. cream cheese and 1/2 tblsp. of 50/50 Strawberry Spread.  I am going to a few Church Christmas Bazaar's today with my Mom and I will put some FTS friendly food in my purse (flax crackers, cheese, SF candy).  There is always a luncheon and I love to sit and have coffee, I just won't be eating any of their little sandwiches or baked goods.  Have a healthy weekend everyone!!

Yesterday's Dinner was a lo-carb wrap used for my pizza crust..Low Carb Sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top..With a few asparagus on the side...

This is a cool thread! Breakfast for me this morning is one italian sausage chopped,1/4 cup brussetta cheese,and a egg white all thrown in a pan cooked.With a piece of flax toast. :)

I went out to breakfast and had a fantastic omlette filled with cheese, ham and bacon. Yummers!

Gotta post 2 sausage patties and one minute and 30 seconds flax bread.. I call it my Mcflax double. Could hardly walk after eating it. Oh yea that was breakfast. Then a huge mug of coffee.
