grrr...blood sugar....grrr...

I have been so good since I started in April. I have NEVER cheated or gone beyond the limits once. I don't eat anything after 7 p.m. Out of the blue, my blood sugar was up to 136 this morning when I checked it. That is so aggravating. I am still on glucophage, too. I just don't get it.

How late did you eat last night, what was on the plate and are you under any stress right now?

Owensmath do you have a cold or a fever or have an infection somewhere?  That also can increase your blood sugar count.  I understand how you would be upset after your numbers being low and suddenly going up.  Good luck!

Last night's dinner was steak and broccoli. I had a small serving of Carb Smart vanilla ice cream with Reddi Whip after dinner, but all before 7 pm. I have a ltitle bit of a runny nose and sneezing, but I don't feel sick. I will check it tomorrow and maybe it will be better. Stress? Hmm... maybe a little...big project due Sunday for my online class, but I am nearly done with it.

Just checked it at 4:15 pm and it is 92. I hope it will be good in the morning. I finished the big project that is due on Sunday and submitted it today so that is one less thing to stress about.

My sugars have dropped again. Having trouble keeping them up! Time to cut the unsulin back. AGAIN!!! w00t!!
