http://www.julianbakery.com/lcpromo.php is this FTS approved I have seen mixed reviews . Needs to be approved by the FTS board .

Hi Jo,  :)

I was looking at this bread a while back.

DON'T BUY IT!!!

The #1 ingredient in this bread is "Fresh Ground Whole Grain (Wheat)".
Since we know wheat grain fattens cattle and people, this should raise a BIG RED FLAG!!!

When reading nutrition labels, read the ingredient list too.
If it looks to good to be true, it most likely is.
