Strawbeery Smoothie!!

Hello!
i know most of you are veterans and may giggle when hey protien isolateyou read this but I made this this morning and it was yumm!
in my ninja
6 oz unsweetened almond milk - 1g
1 scoop vanilla Elite whey protien isolate (dynamic nutrition)-2g
1 serving frozen berries (i used strawberries)-
sweet and low to taste
Blend and enjoy!!!!!!

Yum...don't care for sweet n low though. Frozen berries make it really good.

I have asked Doug/Umpa to set up a specific area for beverage recipes so this might get moved later. ;)

If you do use Sweet N' Low, remember that it has carbs and to count them.

Like Doug, I prefer Stevia extract (liquid or powder).
It doesn't have that "chemical" aftertaste, it's 0 carb, and I find that it's cheaper to use.
What you do today is what matters!

oh....i got sweet and low from friend...no carton...yikes.....
i dont like stevia...maybe i should try another form...bout the ones in the package
have also tried xylatol....not liking to much wither.............. :'(

try truvia 0 net carbs and pretty good in most things I've tried. Never used it for baking but it's great for drinks.

Dalton6 I don't like xylitol for drinks ,only for cooking.For drinks(coffee,tea,etc) I like stevia. ;)
