Hello everyone. My name is Rena. My husband and I have been following FTS since October 1st. I was very skeptical at first, but we both agreed to try it for the month of October. We both started seeing results right away, so we've stuck with it. My husband has lost 45 pounds and I've lost 35 pounds.

I'm looking forward to reading more on this board and seeing how FTS works for everyone else. :)

Welcome to the forum Rena and husband!  Since you have been following FTS since Oct. I don't have to tell you how wonderful it is, you know first hand.  You will enjoy the forum, everyone is friendly and helpful.  You will find lots of great recipes and suggestions from the members.  Good luck with your journey!

We'll definitely be checking out the recipe section. We've been using FTS since October 1st, so it will be nice to have some new ideas to try. Rick and I are both about halfway to our goal, so we still have aways to go.
