Doctor took me off Metformin and blood pressure meds!  This weight loss is great!  I am so thankful that my daughter got me started on this new way of eating/cooking/living.  I now know what my triggers are and can avoid them.  I had no idea.  FTS has worked for me!  Thank you, thank you!

I know EXACTLY how you feel as I was taken off Metformin by my doc in March of this year.
