Apple Crumb Pie
Ingredients
8 oz Walden Farms Apple Butter Fruit Spread
4 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1 egg
1 pre-prepared FTS no graham cracker crust (less two tablespoons for garnish) from this section.
2 tablespoons reserved crust mixture for garnish
1 small apple sliced very thin into smiles for topping
Sugar free whip cream
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Prepare pie crust using 6 minute method as described in recipe reserving two tablespoons of mixture for garnish.
3. Toast the reserved mixture in toaster oven till golden brown and set aside.
4. Beat cream cheese, egg and apple butter together till light and fluffy.
5. Fill pie and bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until firm.
6. Remove from oven and cool completely.
7. Place in fridge and cool for at least 3 hours before topping.
8. Top each slice with whip cream, then thinly sliced apple, then a sprinkling of toasted crust mixture.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup golden flaxseed meal
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup ground walnuts
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
6 drops FAT TO SKINNY ZERO sweetener
1/8th teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon egg white, beaten
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Press into greased pie pans bake at 350 ten minutes.
TIP- You can replace the walnuts with pecans if you don’t like walnuts.
