First time in a grocery store in almost 5 months !!

recouperating from accident/surgery ( shattered Tibia )   I am sooooo appreciating every little step forward !  My hubby's been great about the shopping and I even have him reading labels more closely for carbs/sugars but today was really special !  He brought the shopping cart out to my car door and I used it like a walker !!  Not only did I get a good workout walking around the market a bit , but I was able to find a great Dannon 3g carb 0 added sugars 45 Cal yougurt called Carb & Sugar Control !!!  YUM !   ...Looking back at the day I have to laugh because as soon as I walked into the grocery store after so many months  I exclaimed " Ohhhh this is so wonderful "  And then when I found the loqw carb yogurt it qwas like I struck gold !!  People winthin ear shot were probably thinking " this girls gutta get out more "  LOL

I am so happy for you! I busted my ankle a few weeks ago in North Carolina on the ice.I was just getting better and I fell on the stairs yesterday! I don't heal as quick as I did when I was younger!

It's nice to hear you were able to get out and walk around a bit.

Reading nutrition labels can be an eye-opening experience.
We find foods that we can enjoy that we used to think we couldn't.
And we find foods we used to think of as "healthy", only to find they will make us FAT.
