I have read the label on the cans of coke zero and found that the coke does not have any sugar, carbs or anything like that but my brother says you can still gain weight if you drink it?Does anyone out there know if this is true or not as long as you do it in moderation?

Coke Zero will not cause weight gain but moderation of all artificially sweetened products is recommended to avoid over consumption of the sweeteners. How many do you drink per day?

If you check out the diet coke, you'll find the very same information printed on it.  However, like Doug, I found coke zero was giving me bad headaches, whereas diet coke won't.

Don't know what the differences are, except for the taste, but you have another alternative.

You said Diet Lemonade???

I need to check it out.  We love lemonade with our dinner sometimes and if it's loaded with sugar, then it's not diet.

Thanks for the heads up.[/left]

Hi Bev,  :)

Hope you're feeling better now.

Did you CAREFULLY read the nutrition label on that lemonade?
Your reaction sounds like a diabetic reaction to far too much sugar.

Last time I experienced a "sugar rush" like that was back last August (the last time I cheated on F2S) and ate  a handful of double-stuffed Oreo cookies...
Almost 190 net carb grams!!!  :o :o :o

Although I did not have blurred vision, I did get a terrible headache and stomachache .
What you do today is what matters!
