Happy February 1st FTS Family!

Happy February 1st FTS Family!  Spring is coming and I am ready for warmer weather, beautiful flowers, budding trees, colorful birds at the bird feeders, etc!  Have a great day!

I too am excited for Spring to come the 20th of March and to see how much more weight I can lose by that time.
I love to see everything turn green.  This is going to be a wonderful month.
