FINALLY!!

After 11 days of not loosing I am BACK to normal. I am thrilled to say I've lost the two pounds I mysteriously gained and even lost an additional one just for good measure!

WOO HOO!! I am so glad to be over that plateau!

Thanks everyone for all your encouragement and help over the last couple of weeks.

And Tony you were totally right. I took all the sugar alcohols out of my meal plans and within 5 days I was loosing again.

My husband seems to be hitting a wall lately, too, but he doesn't include very many sugar alcohols. I hope he can get back on track like you did.
