SherriPie's No Carb Meal Plan

So three of us on the site are trying to go a few days on 0 carbs.


Breakfast: 0 carbs
3 slices of ham & a cheese stick (boring right!)

Lunch: 0 carbs
Pepperoni slices and Ham
3 slices of yummy sharp cheddar
Diet Coke


Dinner: 0 carbs
hamburger patty with bacon and cheese
pepperoni slices
tons of water

(I already miss my broccoli, flax seed pitas and pickles)

We did it but I'm so glad we're not doing it for a full week. Its tough not eating all the good stuff I love. I miss my Broccoli!
