Is it common for your clothes to get extremely loose first before you start seeing any difference in you?

I haven't lost any weight in almost 3 weeks.
But I have lost a half inch here and a quarter inch there.
I KNOW that a change in the scale is coming soon.

So it is possible to shrink without it showing on the scale.

Also. you may not notice any difference with your own eyes since you see yourself everyday.
Over time however, even you will see the difference!  ;)
What you do today is what matters!

My scale hasn't moved in the last few weeks, but tonight I put on a blouse I hadn't worn in a while (because the arms were so tight, I couldn't stand it) and the arms fit!  So, even though the scale didn't show a loss (or a gain  ;D)   My favorite blouse felt comfortable.

(Even though I wish the scale showed the 1 or 2 lbs I lost in my arms!)  ;)

This happens to me a lot. Scales can be wicked. If you're not measuring yourself, find some clothes that are snug and use them as a guide. Good luck!
