Looking for a Recipe

I saw on a previous post that someone made Mashed Cauliflower (and I think cheese) as a casserole.  I've been looking for the recipe post and can't find it.  Does anyone remember this post?

I do a twice baked potato.Where I make the cauli mash put it in a baking dish, cover it with cheese,onion,and bacon bits.Then i bake it at 375 until its bubbly goodness!(usually about 20-25 minutes)
Jo does alot of casseroles it could be one of hers.
