hey doug while youre at fox 19 in the morning ask the crew to do me a solid and link us up to their blog:) i have sent them emails to no avail...lol i'll be watching like i said i live 5 minutes from fox 19's location:)

 ;) got a call from the afore mentioned FOX 19 in Cincinnati and they are going to interview Katie & myself monday and air a story on monday nights news to rally folks to vote on our behalf:) also the below link takes you to the newspaper article doing the same thing:)

I flipped out this morning. I had a student walk in with a honey bun in a ziploc bag. Now, mind you, this was a gallon size ziploc bag and the honey bun nearly FILLED IT UP!!!
I said, "Oh my GOD! Do you know how much sugar you are poisoning yourself with in just that ONE honey bun?"  She laughed, but I told her she probably was ingesting about a cup of sugar in just that one disgusting piece of nastiness!

She ate it anyway....gross....
