Almond milk

I am not a big milk drinker, but I bought some almond milk to use with the Smaps cereal.
I will never finish it before it goes bad..package says use within 7 days of opening.
I was thinking of freezing it in small portions , any thoughts on how it takes to freezing and thawing?

I honestly couldnt say. I drink 1 glass of it every day so it goes pretty quickly here. Do you freeze regular milk?

Freezing will probally be fine, also the milk comes in a smaller "box" quantity at many stores
