Thanks so much Doug. I was all set to order on line and thought I would check here first. I am glad I did. I think I will try the one minute muffins instead. I will make sure to check labels!

If you want really great breads and biscuits, hot from the oven that won't make you FAT try the recipes in the FAT TO SKINNY sugar free bakery book available at http://www.shop.fattoskinny.com

Here's a pic of our golden flax seed bread. This is a BIG loaf using 5 cups of flourand the whole loaf is only 8 net carbs  :o

Not in print yet, only e book format BUT, the e book is wonderful :) Big print, full color pictures, easy to find recipes and you can print single pages or the whole thing. Give it a shot it's only ten bucks with a money back guarantee.  ;)

Really?  That bread picture is awesome.  I'm not a huge baker but I do enjoy breads etc.  My kids love bakery so maybe I can bake healthier for them.  Does the book have a lot of bread recipes or more bakery? Thanks maddysmom!

It has everything in it, Beth -- breads, muffins, cheesecakes, candies, bars, cookies. Just don't go looking through it when you're super hungry. LOL!

I can't wait for the hard copy of this one! I'm old-school, too. ;)
