 ???  Just wondering...how do you count your carbs? Do you start threat with 20 and subtract or do you start with 0 and add? What do you find easier?

For me it is easier to start at 0 and add.

I'm keeping track of my food on Fat Secret and it lists carbs. Makes it easy for me.  :D
