« on: April 30, 2011, 09:55:25 AM »
Hi all. :) I am going to order some products on line....netrition I think. What are your must haves" ?  I am going to order xylitol,  Beanit Butter, and some DaVinci syrups and BBQ sauce.  Any recommendations on products you use a lot is appreciated!

I would say absolutely - almond flour, SF syrups.  Looking around, I realize I really haven't purchased too much other; I have gotten BBQ sauce and jelly.  Otherwise, I am buying at grocery stores, just checking labels very closely. ;)

To order online -- Smaps Cereal and Beanit Butter. I love cereal, but can't find anything locally that's low-carb. I've tried the other soybean butters, but I don't like them as much as Beanit Butter.

Other must-haves (but I can find locally) are Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk, all of the Walden Farms proudcts (except for the Peanut Spread -- ack!), La Tortilla Factory tortillas, fresh spinach, eggs, and 0 carb sliced turkey breast from Foster Farms (Costco).

Have fun shopping!

Oh, I found some sugar free Almond Roca at our drug store yesterday. GOOD STUFF!  ;D

We like Sami's Bakery's "Slim & Trim" lavish bread. Excellent and super low carb.

Yeah, like Tony said, it's English toffee, dipped in chocolate, then dipped in almonds. Mmm! You usually see it a lot around Christmas. I'd never seen sugar-free before, so I had to try it. It was great!

Thank you on the 8 lbs.  I am pretty sure my husband is down about 12.  Our first goal is 40 pounds. Thanks for the encouragement and support!
