Hi Alex! :)

Here's my favorite Chocolate (Chocolate Chips) Recipe!

Ingredients

2 squares unsweetened bakers chocolate (8 net carb grams)
1/4 cup xylitol (0 carb)
1/4 cup heavy cream (0 carb)

Melt chocolate in microwave safe dish large enough to hold the cream and xylitol.

Take out of microwave and add xylitol and heavy whipping cream and mix well.

Pour out into 9x9 pan, plate, or pie pan and put in the freezer.

Freeze for 3 hours.
Once frozen break into pieces and use for recipes.

Put the rest into a ziplock freezer baggie for later use.

Hi Tony,

is that the brand? Bakers?

That's the brand that's sold in my Fred Meyer (Kroger) store.
However, it's also a type of chocolate used in baking.

No, I just used all Beanit Butter. They were really good, but like I said, just a bit gritty. I'll cook it longer the way Umpa suggested next time I make them.

Umpa uses "Luker" brand, they claim 0 carbs on the label. The important thing Alex to buy sugar free bakers chocolate from the bakery isle in your market.
