Bean Dip

1 can black soy beans 3.5
Shredded Mild cheddar cheese bout 1/2 block. 0 carbs
creole seasoning to taste 0 carbs
chilli powder to taste 0 carbs?
salt and pepper to taste.
80z sour cream 16 carbs
cook and mash beans put on bottom of small pan
mix sour cream and seasonings put on top of beans
top with shredded cheese
9 servings
2.2 carbs per serving.
