Sweet Fix
« on: October 13, 2011, 03:01:44 PM »
I refuse to buy SF candy and I got anxious wanting something sweet.  I opened up the fridge and saw 0 carb whipped cream and sf Hersheys Chocolate syrup.  I took a very small bowl and squirted the whipped cream in it and a little dab of Chocolate syrup and mixed it together.  It was just what I needed.  I bet this would be great frozen to eat like chocolate ice cream.  Portion control is important though.  Delish!

I remember last year when Joagain discovered this little trick.....  have you tried making Umpa's beanit butter cups or coconut macaroons? We have beanit butter cookies or FTS ginger snaps in the freezer at all times. A little bite is all most of us need to put the sweet monster at bay  ;)

Try this...I'll post in desserts.

Quick Sugar-Free Cream Cheese fluff dessert
For a quick treat try this  recipe.

8 oz. of 0 or low carb Cream Cheese softened
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 pkg of flavored sugar free jello  (I used peach this time)

Whip the heaving whipping cream until thickens and fluffy then begin adding in sugar free jello a little at a time.

Beat in the cream cheese on low at first then on high to get a whipped texture.

Chill in the freezer for about .30 min then store in refrigerator.

Spoon out into small serving bowl and top or layer with your favorite fruit or eat alone.

Yummy!
Peace and blessings,

IzzeT

Thanks mouseissue...so do you!  I thought it was time for an updated pic...it's been a while. lol

I love this dessert...next time I'll try lime or raspberry.  I only had the peach in a small box so that's what I used.  I love cream cheese too!
Peace and blessings,

IzzeT

Thank you for the recipe Izzet.  Where can you find 0 carb cream cheese?  I want to try it with strawberry SF jello and strawberries.
