Mushroom question

I had a bunch of mushrooms dehydrated and the label said the carb count was around 50 can that be right. Can we eat them was my real question.

If in doubt, don't eat them...I'm with Sherri, I could'nt locate any nutritional info either.

I'm so sorry I wrote the question on my way out the door. It was shi taki mushrooms. I typed it out like. I am not sure what happened. I'm very embarrassed  :o Sorry. I was wondering if mushrooms in general are high carbs?
