Heavy Cream Question

I seen once that use the HC in the red carton from walmart . when you use 1/4 cup in a recipe do you count it as .5 carbs per T which would be 2 carbs per 1/4 cup ? JUst curious

Count whatever the accurate count is from the label

48 teaspoons in a cup
16 tablespoons in a cup

Meadow Gold says 0 carbs, so that's the one I usually buy.

What I was wanting to know is  do you count that Heavy cream as 0 carbs or do you count it as .5 per Tablespoon ?

I count it as 0 if thats what the label says. ;)
