Is it normal...
« on: January 17, 2012, 04:24:03 PM »
to not be hungry that often? I'm only on my second day, but I ate my breakfast, and I'm still not hungry. Which would be a good thing, if it wasn't almost the classic "dinnertime", and I just want to make sure that that's not going to hinder me in some way... it seems a little weird to me!

Yes, that's normal. It is also normal to feel just the opposite other days and be hungry all the time. Just eat when you're hungry, stay under 20 net carbs, and you will do fine. :)

Welcome to the family, NewMe11!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)

Rena gave you excellent advice!

On most days, I usually get hungry around the same times.
But on some days, I get hungry at different times.
I just try to be careful not to allow myself to become too hungry.
That can cause a stall out.

And remember, it will take some time to get used to recognizing "real" hunger from false cravings.
Carbs cause all sorts of cravings.
What you do today is what matters!
