La Choy Chop Suey Vegatables?  Are these okay? 1/2 cup 2 net grams.  Thought I might add chicken for quick meal.

These are probably closer to 3 net carbs per 1/2 cup you need to watch the "< " symbols. The carbs here are in the water chestnuts , remove them and the carb counts drop.  ;)

Saddest thing I've heard all day ...

"The carbs here are in the water chestnuts and bamboo shoots, remove them" --  :'(  :'(

Those two things are what I miss most about Chinese food -- sigh.

You could even add the Miracle Noodles and toss all in a stir fry.  I don't think I would pick the chestnuts or shoots but if you work  your Carbs for the day this would work for dinner!  :)

I absolutely LOVE water chestnuts! Jicama is close, though.

I made this weekend. I added the Miracle noodles and moved water chestnuts to the side! Good :)

That looks delish, Amber! :) :) :)

I'm starting to get a real jones for some Chinese.

I hope my local grocer has this La Choy.
If not, I'll be really disappointed!
