Doug's receipe in the cookbook on page 144....Chicken Enchiladas. Terrific!!!!

Hi all,

I just made a pan of Doug's receipe for Chicken Enchiladas on page 144 of his cookbook which I have downloaded on my computer. Absolutely delicious!  Can anyone tell me please how many carbs are in one of these? I bought a whole chicken already cooked and just took it off the bone. This was a nice time saver. Doug said to use a low sugar enchilada sauce. I found one which was a Kroger brand for 3 carbs for 2 tablespoons. Does anyone know of another brand that's even lower and still taste good? LOL! I used tortillas that were 8 inch and 5 net carbs.

Well, it looks like you're well on your way to determining the total carb count for the recipe.......divided by your serving size= ?  It's an exercise I want you to learn
