Scott in Florida - 50 weeks

Pretty good week - down another 1.6 pounds and feeling pretty good about hitting the goal weight in the next two weeks.

It sure will be nice to reach my goal so I can start eating normal again.

Let's make it a great week guys!

PS - That's a joke about eating "normal" again.  Don't have a heart attack Doug.  FTS is the new normal!

Whew!  scared me for a minute there Scott!  ha ha   I agree....FTS is the new NORMAL!   Congrats on the loss!  You are going to make it!!!  Way to go!
