Trader Joes Valencia Peanut Butter with Roasted Flaxseeds

OK. I'm going to be the weirdo here beause I am often anyways. I actually LIKE the seaweed snacks! I think that's also because I really LOVE sushi but can now only have sashimi. But the seaweed wraps that are wrapped around the matchstick cucumbers, sea veggies, salmon, cream whatever is just damn tasty!  I'm also 99% sure I have an iodine deficiency so that also might be why I crave the stuff.

The roasted kale is so good that when I made my own, I ate the whole stupid thing. Problem is that it's not "Zero" carbs so it put me over. Good thing it's too expensive for the health food store bagged kind (like 6 bucks a bag for the ranch ones).

I think we crave what we are deficient in and abhor what we don't need. Just my theory based on ZERO medical science, research, or evidence.
