Wow I feel so sorry for those two boys!!!  My heart goes out them  :'(   As a single mom and can't work where is she getting the money to eat all that food???  I don't get it, doesn't she want to be around for her kids?  To do this on purpose....She is committing suicide right in front of them... :-\  Sad

I thought the same thing - where does she get the money to buy all that food?

She puts up this big story about how the bigger she gets the better she feels - baloney.  This is a woman who is desperate for attention - so desperate that she is willing to kill herself and leave her kids without a mother.

I look at this picture and wonder the age of the older son on the left.  Just a quick glance and it looks as if he will follow his mother's overeating path.  :'(
Look out Hawaii, I'm on my way!!

Welcome to America and freedom of choice!! Not! Such a good role model she is for those poor children!! and yet people wonder what's wrong with the teenagers today! Look at the kind of parent support they're not getting.

I watched this show on TLC with an 800 pound woman and she couldn't even clean herself. How in the world is this woman going to take care of herself at 1600 pounds? I mean come on already, doesn't someone think this is wrong where she lives? They might want to send some mental health advocates out to her house? Insane!

oh its safe to say that "WE" are maintaining her household... it is really amazing that some people fight for their gifted life and yet others, just throw it out..  she is mentally ill without a doubt and most of all, WHAT A SELFISH human being.. Fine, kill yourself but why

The picture of her and the kids on the couch reminds me of a movie - What's Eating Gilbert Grape?  Great movie with some pretty dark sub-plots.  I recommend it.

So this woman wants to run the risk of almost certain death just break some very stupid record?
This woman is one of the most selfish people on the planet!
How little she must care for her children... To me, that's the saddest part! :'(

I pray the Lord smacks some sense into her before it's too late!!!

Yes! And sadly, it's because of people like this who totally take advantage of our welfare system that make it hard for those who need it. I know people just barely making ends meet, but according to the system, earn "too much" to qualify for assistance. Then you have people like this. It makes me sick and angry. I wonder if she'd change her tune if her assistance was cut off and her kids taken away?

"Where's my sunshine?"

I love that movie.   :)

This woman's goal is very sad.  But in this day and age, where it's all about attention--no matter how stupidly it's achieved, it's no wonder people go to such crazy extremes to get it.  I feel very sad for her kids, as I'm sure they must be having to take care of her.  That's an awfully tough position to be in as a child, because you love your parents, but that mental obligation out of love is very draining.
