Doug just wanted to know what you think of kadios is this a good bean to have on FTS lifestyle?

At 29 carbs for one cup they are pretty high.I guess the answer is how many servings can you get from one cup?The recipes I see they are not eaten alone.They are used with other ingredients.Did I answer your question mommachops? :)

I agree with Umpa... It depends how much you eat.

When you consider that a typical veggie servings is 1/2 cup, that's about 15 net grams!!! :o :o :o
In fact, they are much higher than regular green (snow) peas at about 7 net grams per 1/2 cup serving.

What you do today is what matters!
