Hi all! Was just wondering if; Acorn squash, Butternut squash, and Spagetti(southern slang, s'getti)squash were Fat to skinny approved? I'm still walkin the 3 1/2 miles everyday but Sunday. Boy, Sunday seems a long stretch these days! LoL...Somedays I really am not in the mood to go walking! and really have to force myself out the front door, but once I get there, I can't waite to get started. There's a few people that walk the track now, and it's incouraging  ;D I tell ya, makes me feel old though! LoL...There's an older couple that walk the track, they have to be in their 60's, they do literally laps around me! WoW! They can have that speed all to themselves! haha...I'll get there one day! One girl even did the freakin bleachers this morning! I get wore out just looking at the bleachers!  ;D Hope everyone is haveing a great Monday!

Hi Stephanie! :)

Spaghetti squash is low. The other two are high.

You can look them up at the USDA's Nutrient Database site: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/
Remember, that an FTS serving of veggies (including squash) is 1/2 cup.

And don't worry about the older couple passing you up.
I'm sure they have been exercising like that for some time.
Stay on course and, one day, you'll be running up and down the bleacher steps with little problem. ;)
What you do today is what matters!
