Temptation will always be a problem.  Especially when folks who don't understand FTS are concerned.  "A bite here, a taste there; what will it hurt?" is something we will ALL have to deal with.  Yesterday I was shopping for something to take to a friends house for a funeral.  Since they are not FTS I was purchasing things I knew they would eat (NOT FTS).  It was hard to pick up breads and foods that I no longer buy.  Of course there was all those Halloween decorated cupcakes and cookies too (I didn't buy these).  I passed buy the fresh baked cookies and remembered the day when I would have taken 2 or 3 dozen home with me.  Once I arrived at my friends she offered me something to drink.  She only drinks sweet tea, full blown pepsi, milk, etc.  She had some kind of drink (like an energy drink) she though I could have LOL.  The carbs were 25 OMG.  I thanked her but said water is best for me.  I have become stronger with each morning.  While shopping if hungry I buy 0 carb cheese snacks, low carb nuts or a can of 0 carb chicken vienna sausage (THANK YOU SHERRIPIE FOR THIS INFO).  Hang on Rosie, like everyone has said this is for YOU and no one else.  No one can do this for you but YOU.
Look out Hawaii, I'm on my way!!

thanks Suz!!!!  I plan to print all these and put in my journal to keep for inspiration.
Monday I did wonderful , not one bite of cheat.
Today that is my plan too, had eggs and turkey bacon for breakfast, planning tuna for lunch. Been looking at some recipes for supper thinking maybe the broccoli cheese casserole again.
Keep praying for  me you all, my plan is to win and loose all this weight, no matter how long it takes. I AM NOT GOING TO QUIT.
One thing I know, the more time I spend on this forum reading all the old posts, reading the recipes, getting ideals, watching Doug cook, etc, all that give me the 'want to' where if I get too busy for the forum than look out!!!!
With God all things are possible
Rosie
