This dessert is sooooo easy to make and makes such a splash on your dinner table for your guests!
Easy Low Carb Creme De Menthe Parfait!
Ingredients
Breyers carb smart vanilla ice cream
Creme De Menthe Liqueur
Mint leaf for garnish
Parfait glasses or champagne flutes
Directions
1- Freeze the glass ware and the creme de menthe for one hour
2- Pour a cap full of creme de menthe into the bottom of the glass
3- Place a few tablespoons of ice cream into the glass and gently press in with the handle end of a wooden spoon sealing the creme de menthe under the ice cream.
4- Pour a cap full of creme de menthe on top of the ice cream and repeat the process over and over until you're at the top
5- Place the parfaits back into the freezer until ready to serve.
TIP- You can make these way in advance and should they are much better hardened than soft
