soy flour

If a recipe calls for 1 cup of soy flour do I use 1 cup of almond flour ? also do I need to add any baking powder ? (It is for a cake )I am testing my recipe to put in the contest

Yes Jo .But also add 2 teaspoons of baking soda and two teaspoons of baking soda for lift.If its a airy cake add one teaspoon of vineager to the baking soda before you add it to the flour ,it should be fizzy. ;)

Is that 4 teaspoons of baking soda or 2 each of baking soda and baking powder?

Well I just assumed it was 2 of each I hope so  !

I got 2 desserts coming to the contest  I am taking them to Thanksgiving with my big pot of greenbeans sauted in bacon drippings with bacon pieces
