Victoza, an injectable drug for type 2 diabetes is known to cause back pain. I suggest you consult your doctor. At this point in your FTS lifestyle are you sure you still need blood sugar reducing meds?  :-\

I dont think so and I think that is the problem. I am scheduled for an appt on Monday.. I have stopped them and my back is already..

Umpa, one of its possible side effects is pancreatitis which can cause back as a symptom.. did I write that correct?  I dont think that I need to taking it so may be causing issues.  I ve stopped it and Im feeling better already...

I input a recipe in the holiday contest.. its better than it sounds.

Hi Alex! :)

A couple of weeks after I started FTS, I had a visit with my doctor and he cut my blood sugar med in half.
On the next visit, he eliminated that med altogether.

If you've been following the FTS rules, you probably don't need that drug anymore.
What you do today is what matters!
