Been awhile

It's been awhile since I've been on the forum.  I'm still on the FTS life style though.  I'm down 30 pounds and can't seem to move forward.  I've been super busy with work and can't seem to get a workout in because I'm super tired all of the time!

Oh well, on a brighter note, some of my family has started on the FTS.  My sister has lost over 20 pounds and is doing great! I'm so happy for her  ;D  My brother started the plan as well and I'm not sure how much he's lost but my Mom said that everyone can tell that he's lost weight  8)  My other sister and her husband started the plan too and he lost 8 pounds the first week and she lost 5 pounds  ;D 

Sam finally had his first blood work done since starting the program and he got good results.  Has to have more blood work done in a month and hopefully the results will be even better. 

I saw a friend yesterday that I hadn't seen since starting this lifestyle and she was amazed by my weight loss! She kept telling me over and over how good I look!  Made my day  8)  It's nice when other people notice especially since I haven't lost any weight for awhile.

I will try to get back on the forum at least once a week.  I really miss you all!

Welcome back Binky good to hear from you. Tired all the time and weight loss stalled hint to me that your taking in some carbs....are you?

Actually, no I'm not taking in some carbs.  Just working alot; up at 4:00 am every6 morning and in bed by 9:00 npm and that makes for a TIRED Binky  :D.  I do eat the sugar-free candy everyday and that may be some of the problem.  No more as of today.

That is awesome Binky!!  Good to hear from you.  I'm with you...I need to leave the sf candy alone.  It sure is hard to do though...LOL  Isn't it fun when family members and friends come along with us.........if they are not on the forum please wish them good luck!!

I was wondering where you went. I'm happy to hear that you're OK, albeit tired.

Eliminating the sugar alcohols (sweets) is a great place to start to break a stall out.

I appreciate how the long days can wear on you... Been there and done that many times!
Be sure that you are getting all the protein and fiber you need each day along with a LOT of water.

It's also a good idea to take a vitamin mineral supplement every day.
Being deficient in just one nutrient can cause fatigue, false hunger, sleep problems, etc..

It's wonderful to have family members and friends with you on your FTS journey.
You can provide instant support for one another.
Please encourage them to visit us here for even more support.

Hi Tony  ;D

I do drink water, more some days than others.  Getting back on track with that as well.  The vitamin is a great idea.  Will look in to that tomorrow.  I told my family about the forum and encouraged them to visit  8)
