I did something much like this Alex.
Only I put the dish under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese melted and started to get brown.

YUMMY!!! :) :) :)

Looks good, Alex!

Tonight I made crock-pot lasagna for my family. Nicole is home for college and she loves it. I had a good sized serving myself because I've really missed not making it as much. But ... I was good and didn't eat the noodles. :)

Alex just make the cauli mash plain as you would normal and add some bacon with cheese on top.  Put it in the oven to get hot and bubbly.  So Yummy!!   ;D  Hubs even asks for it  ;)

Oh, Montuen, the blackberries & cream sounds good!   I have the strawberries and cream at least once a week, but I will definitely have to try it with the blackberries.  Yum!!!

Lately, I have been adding just a little of the cheesecake flavored sugar free pudding mix to my heavy whipping cream.  I put the mixer to it for just a little while, and it makes a neat little flavored whip cream.

I like extracts and emulsions for flavoring whipped cream too ;) The sugarfree coffee syrups like DaVinci work well too.
