does anyone know where you can buy the GG Bran Crispbread and the la tortilla factory tortillas without ordering them from the websites? Do regular or whole foods grocery stores carry them?

Welcome von you can find them at some health stores , I dont like them myself I have a Pkg I could send you if they didnt get crumbled .
 Alot of people like them ,so you need to try them for your self !
 As far as the wraps I always had to order those but walmart has some flax pitas that are only 4 net carbs they are by the deli or the bread  here is a pic of them .

I found the wraps at Walmart. Other grocery stores have different brands that are low in carbs also. I posted a link to one brand months ago on the forum. It is in here somewhere!

I found the GG Bran Crispbread at a local healthfood store.  The La Tortilla I order on line.  I also like the Mama Lupe's.  There is a Mission brand  carb balance (I think) at wal mart that are okay.

Costco also carries La Tortilla large low carb wraps (6 net carb each).
They can be cut in half and are still large enough for most uses.

Each package has a lot more wraps than the ones at grocery stores (20, I think) and are much cheaper per wrap.

Look at Walmart by the deli for the Josephs pitas .They are in baskets at my walmart
