This is going to sound corny, but I love that I can eat cheese and not feel guilty about it. Especially sharp cheddar cheese crisps!
Who'd have thought that I could eat cheese crisps (among other things) and
lose weight? Or lemon bars? or flax bread with cream cheese on top? or a sausage & egg OMM with cream cheese on top?
Honestly...my mom has been on a diet for as long as I can remember, and she's looking at me sideways a bit these days. I've told her about FTS, but she insists on paying good money to one of those
weight loss places instead. Maybe once I'm my weight really starts changing, she'll be more interested. Time will tell...
I have tried so many other ways of eating...raw, vegetarian, vegan, WW, SB...you name it, I have probably tried it, or at least considered it. With EVERY single other diet I have been on, I felt deprived and oftentimes hungry. When I was vegan/vegetarian I gained weight (carbs of course!) With FTS, I NEVER feel deprived, because there are so many options out there and I don't feel hungry all the time.
