Has anyone here worked with the percentage ratios between Proteins, Fats and Carbs for low-carbers?

Hi Sarah! :)

And if I were to guess at a "normal PFC ideal", it would be about 50%/30%/20%.

However, the only thing we count is net carb intake.
There is no need for a ratio to be successful with FTS.

However, common sense is always a good idea.

When faced with the choice of lean or fat, go with lean.
Eat plenty of leafy green veggies.
Drink lots of plain water.
And watch sugar alcohols.
What you do today is what matters!

Well, I don't want to open a can of worms here (all protein), I was just curious if anyone was having success with it. Sweeties, it's just watching to see how much of what you eat in a day is protein, how much is fat and how much is carbs. I read an article about it online - someone said they had stopped losing weight and someone else said that the ratio between the protein to fat was off and I was curious if it fit in here. I'm kind of experimenting with it. I'll let you know if I have a Eureka! or anything. I haven't noticed any great breakthrough yet.

Don't make it difficult on yourself Sarah, just stay under 20 carbs per day and enjoy a good mix of proteins, fats and low carb veggies. ;)
