Hi ohiogirl! :)

We don't count calories.
However, common sense dictates that too much of anything is not good.

Sounds like you might be experiencing "carb creep".
That's when a unnoticed carb or two here and there are in our foods.

Surprisingly, they can add up fast and slow (or stall) weight loss.

Please post EVERYTHING your eating in our "Meal Plans" section so that we can look at it and help you.
http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?board=32.0

Be sure to include not only what but how much you eat.
What you do today is what matters!

I'm still pretty new, my second week, was no weight loss last week but my clothes are fitting better and that's good with me.  I just want to be surgarfree and carbfree!!  I really want to kick the habit.

Dear Ms. Ohiogirl,

When I started my journey to better health at 285lbs going on a year now,
things took off 30lbs in 60 days, then the brakes came on and I slowed way down
more in the line of 5 to 10 pounds in a month. Now I am one of them senior folks
so my running is to catch the next episode of CSI, although I do walk a lot.

Now here is the kicker and something to consider for yourself, I wasn't hungry
in fact I had to watch it or I would pass up meals (Not Good for any Life Style).
Doug is right on the money "Sugar makes you hungry", keep at it watch for the
"Carb Creep?" , food companies love to hide that sugar.

My advise is a statement I read somewhere "
"You didn't gain it a day and ya ain't gonna lose it in a day"

I would add stay with this life style and read these post and
take heed of what this wonderful folks are saying , it works.
